Job Description

We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Compensation:
$95,000 Commission based income
Responsibilities:
Convert opportunities into clients by consistently following up, building relationships, and moving prospects through the pipeline. Host open houses to meet buyers, create connections, and position yourself as the local market expert. Guide the transaction by serving as the key point of contact between buyer and seller from the first conversation to closing. Match buyers with the right homes by understanding their goals and presenting properties that fit their needs and budget.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License required. Valid U.S. driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong communication and people skills—someone who builds trust quickly.
