Licensed Real Estate Agent

Weichert, REALTORS® - Coastal City is hiring a select number of professional real estate agents for their 2 real estate office locations, one in Atlantic Beach, FL and the other in St Augustine, FL. We are looking for people that have a valid active or inactive Florida real estate sales or brokers license, no experience is necessary. We also have openings for experienced real estate sales associates and broker associates. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Candidates must be interested in building a strong, scalable real estate business and becoming top earners in the industry using Weichert lead generation strategies. We have an established onboarding program and multiple platforms to manage and build your business, along with providing ongoing professional development. We allow associates to work remotely, or associates can choose to utilize our office spaces in Atlantic Beach and in St Augustine. We provide our associates with numerous tools and resources needed to launch and / or expand their career in real estate. Requirements :

Have a valid Florida Real Estate Sales or Broker License (Required) Newly licensed agents are welcome, no experience required Strong interpersonal skills, including being comfortable talking to new people. Good customer services skills. Good oral and written communications skills. Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team office environment while having a high degree of self-discipline, independence and an entrepreneurial mindset. Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience. Proficient with social media networking tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Willing to learn the latest technology, including our myWeichert CRM, website and marketing platforms. Desire to take advantage of available training to earn targeted income via commissions. Ability and willingness to make prospecting calls, work open houses and follow-up with company-generated leads. Ability and willingness to learn scripts, seller and buyer presentations, and use the available company marketing materials to build your business.
