Job Description

Job Overview The Carroll Group is hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations across South Florida. You will handle CMAs, administrative tasks, and operational support across a fast-moving office. This is not a slow-paced environment. We need someone who figures things out, takes ownership, and doesn't need to be told the same thing twice.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver CMAs and marketing packages with accuracy and speed
  • Handle administrative tasks across the team
  • Support operations and leadership as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Florida real estate experience
  • Proficient in CMAs
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-sufficient and proactive

Pay:
$24.80 - $29.86 per hour
