What We Offer Uncapped Earnings:
Average for starting agents ranges from $3,500-$6,500/mo; experienced agents earn $14K+
Bonuses Bonuses & Incentives:

Comprehensive Training:
Live one on one coaching, role-plays, objection handling, comp training and deal-structuring sessions
Prime Location:

Lead Outreach:
Execute cold, warm, and inbound/outbound calling strategies on high-quality leads
Deal Qualification:
Uncover seller motivations; gather property condition & valuation data ??
Offer & Close:
Negotiate terms, draft FAR/BAR contracts, and drive acquisitions to completion
Relationship Building:
Cultivate rapport with sellers and agents and manage throughout the escrow period
KPI Management:
Exceed monthly quotas; maintain accurate activity and results tracking
Team Collaboration:
Share insights in weekly meetings
