$225,000•$315,000 (elite compensation + full benefits) Our client, a prestigious private client and estate planning practice, is seeking an experienced Tax, Trusts & Estates Associate to join its growing team in Florida, New Jersey, or New York . This role offers exposure to sophisticated high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth estate planning, tax strategy, and private client advisory work—paired with top‑of‑market compensation. About the Role The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in tax, trusts, and estates, with strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex planning matters. You will work closely with partners and clients on advanced estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, trust administration, and tax‑efficient structuring. Key Responsibilities Draft wills, trusts, estate plans, and related documents Advise clients on tax‑efficient wealth transfer strategies Support trust administration, probate, and estate settlement matters Conduct legal research and prepare tax analyses Collaborate with partners on complex private client matters Communicate directly with high‑net‑worth clients and their advisors Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws Qualifications 3+ years of experience in tax, trusts & estates LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (strongly preferred) Active Bar admission in FL, NJ, or NY (depending on location) Strong drafting, analytical, and client‑service skills Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals is a plus
