Job Description

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its South Florida Real Estate group in in Boca Raton. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice. This is an in-office role. •

•Experienced in the areas of real estate, on the South Florida Real Estate team, you will spend your days representing both regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of a variety of developments. The Boca Raton attorneys focus in the areas of complex commercial real estate, estate planning, corporate, and healthcare, and continue to expand their services as client needs require. You'll be joining a dynamic and growing office with a very tenured group of attorneys recognized as leaders in their fields. Want to know more about the Boca office? Check out the office here. All candidates are asked to submit the following application materials: Cover letter Resume Copy of law school transcript You are a mid-level Real Estate Associate with meaningful Commercial Real Estate Development and Acquisition experience. You understand how to run a real transaction from inception to closing, including knowing how to draft/negotiate purchase and sale agreements for the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate, title and survey review, and you can draft closing documents, negotiate loan documents and close real estate transactions. You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills that are substantiated by your excellent academic credentials.
Required Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience gained in large law firm setting Admitted to and in good standing to the Florida Bar; or admitted to and in good standing with another state's bar and willing to sit for the Florida Bar exam
