STATE FARM
Insurance & Financial Services Sales Professional Bonita Springs, FL — Full-Time Fast. Fun. Focused. We're building something different in SWFL — and we want the right people building it with us.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses Year 1
Target:
$60K-$90K+ Commission is uncapped. Performance drives income — and we have the systems, leads, and culture to help you get there. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, a development plan to get you to your next goal, and support for licensing fees and professional designations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll sell and service the full State Farm product line — auto, home, life, health, and financial services — to new and existing clients. Run needs-based sales conversations to identify and close multi-line opportunities Work a provided, warm lead pipeline alongside outbound prospecting and referral development Build client relationships that generate renewals, referrals, and loyalty — not just one policy Participate in daily team huddles, weekly meetings, and ongoing development sessions Hold yourself to real production goals — and celebrate when you hit them
