Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, licensed real estate professional to join our real estate team at Quail Ridge Realty. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for prospective buyers and guests, both in person and over the phone. The Buyer Consultant must excel at multitasking, communication, and administrative support, while also handling property showings and supporting real estate transactions. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of real estate practices. A valid Florida real estate license and familiarity with the Quail Ridge community are essential. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service & Front Office Duties Greet visitors and answer phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor. Evaluate prospective buyers' needs and ensure timely and accurate communication. Maintain a welcoming office environment that reflects the Quail Ridge brand. Sales Support & Showings Conduct property showings as a licensed agent, including regularly scheduled Saturday hours during the winter season. Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with the Real Estate Director to ensure seamless service and maximize sales opportunities. Assist outside brokers by setting appointments, preparing related documentation, and reporting showing activity. Lead Management & Follow-Up Screen and qualify prospective buyers, including walk-ins, phone & online inquiries. Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and contact sources (e.g., referrals, internet, club members). Process incoming leads from various channels and ensure consistent follow-up using established action plans. Track and log all showings and buyer/seller activity into the appropriate property records. Transaction & Administrative Support Assist in the preparation and processing of sales contracts and related paperwork through to closing, as requested. Generate correspondence, prepare sales packets, assemble marketing materials, and handle notifications to departments and vendors. Stay informed about all listings, sales, closings, leases, and overall office activity. Specialized Responsibilities Consistently follow up with prospective buyers using CRM tools and email campaigns. Qualify and coordinate Discovery Visits , including property tours, club tours, tee times, and other reservation needs. Prepare and administer seasonal and annual leases as requested. Collaboration & Improvement Offer feedback and suggestions to improve real estate operations and customer experience. Collaborate with POA/Realty management, Boards, members, and vendors as needed. Support general office and team functions as assigned by management. Qualifications, Education & Licensing Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Required Valid Florida Driver's License required, clear to be insurable under insurance
  • Required High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Required Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Skills & Experience Knowledge of real estate transactions, especially within a private community or country club setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet navigation, and database applications. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities. Proven ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Attention to detail and high standards of performance and professionalism. Familiarity with customer service and hospitality best practices is a plus. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Must maintain reliable and consistent attendance as determined by business needs. Available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Frequent stair climbing, standing, sitting, walking, speaking, listening, and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., for files or office supplies). Ability to bend, reach, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions. Must be able to walk properties and navigate a variety of interior and exterior conditions.
