As a Leasing Consultant, you're more than a salesperson—you're a trusted guide and community ambassador. From first inquiry to move-in day (and beyond), you'll create meaningful connections, deliver standout service, and help residents feel truly at home in our community. What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing journey from tour to move-in Lease available apartments and consistently meet or exceed leasing goals Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting residents and responding to their needs Build genuine, lasting relationships that turn residents into long-term community members Process lease renewals and support resident retention efforts Maintain a strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and best practices Ensure the property is always tour-ready, polished, and inviting Support marketing initiatives including outreach, resident events, and promotional programs Conduct market research to help keep the community competitive Use MRI software to manage data, documentation, and reporting Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the Community Manager What We're Looking For Sales and customer service experience (apartment leasing experience is a plus!)
