Description UF Resources - Bradenton, FL (On-site) Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM UF Resources is growing and seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Member Plan Coordinator - Legal Document Review Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone who works well in a fast-paced, document-driven environment and wants to build a long-term career with a stable, expanding company in the estate planning and financial services space. What you'll do Review attorney-submitted estate planning documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements. Coordinate required paperwork and follow up on missing or corrected items with network attorneys. Track case status and maintain organized, accurate file records throughout the planning process. Support deed funding by reviewing tax statements and deed-related documents. What we're looking for Experience in legal, financial services, insurance, title, real estate, or another document-heavy environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with accuracy. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
