The Sales & Leasing Agent role is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and relationship-building. What you will do. Show manufactured homes to prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of community living. Market our manufactured home communities through networking, advertising, social media, public relations, and local events. Maintain a strong knowledge of products, procedures, amenities, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions. Manage and track leads by promptly following up and documenting all correspondence in the database. Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals to help communities achieve 100% occupancy. Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and the financial impact. Collaborate with regional management and the sales team to ensure financial targets are met. Adhere to all fair housing laws governing home sales and rentals. What we are searching for. Previous experience in real estate home sales or leasing; manufactured home sales experience a plus. Professional, customer-focused approach with strong prioritization skills. Positive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve top results. Working knowledge of fair housing laws related to home sales and rentals. Strong phone skills with the ability to qualify buyers and manage a busy schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using CRM systems. Experience leveraging social media platforms to market properties. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required. Reliable transportation to travel between communities for tours and meetings.
