Job Description

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for leasing and customer service? Join our team in Cape Canaveral and play a pivotal role in our thriving apartment community! We're seeking a Leasing Consultant who can engage with prospects, demonstrate our properties, and facilitate seamless move-ins for residents.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects, gather requirements, and provide personalized property tours Maintain accurate records of all interactions and promptly follow up with prospects Ensure apartments are market-ready and communicate any service needs to the Property Manager Guide prospects through the application process and adhere to Fair Housing requirements Assist in lease processing and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed Monitor lease renewals and support resident retention efforts Uphold professional standards and represent the company in a positive manner
Administrative Duties:
Handle rental payments and maintain financial records Prepare lease agreements and input information accurately into our systems Maintain resident files and conduct daily community inspections Distribute notices and assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Resident Relations:
Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution Coordinate with maintenance staff to address service requests and maintain community standards Foster open communication with residents and the management team Contribute to the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community Assist in organizing resident events and participate as directed by the
