  •  Insight Global's partner in the Public Sector space is searching for a Commercial Leasing Specialist to join their Real Property team to manage and administer the County's real estate lease portfolio by overseeing 100+ active commercial leases, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely renewals.
This position is highly administrative and contract-focused and is not a traditional sales-based real estate role.
Additional responsibilities include:
  •  Manage and maintain all County leases, serving as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal County stakeholders
  •  Oversee lease renewals, amendments, rent adjustments, and terminations
  •  Maintain accurate and organized lease files
  •  Coordinate and conduct property/site visits as needed
  •  Track lease terms, critical dates, and compliance requirements
  •  Support budgeting processes related to rent payments and receipts, repair and maintenance costs, and budget development and reconciliation.

  •  5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or property management
  •  Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience maintaining complex documentation
  •  Familiarity with lease structures, renewals, and rent adjustments
  •  Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment
  •  Excellent communication and writing skills
  •  Experience working in government or public sector environments
  •  BOMA, IRWA, or related real estate certifications
  •  College degree
