Full Job Description Job Summary:

Real Estate Law Firm operating in a fast-paced work environment and looking for a Processor to Post Close title files who is extremely organized, cordial, punctual, and is more generally someone who gets stuff done. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a title company, real estate law firm, or closing office who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. We are looking for a problem solver who takes ownership of their work, communicates well with team members, and can keep post-closing files moving efficiently from closing through final completion. Responsibilities Prepare and submit documents for recording Monitor and track recordings Handle rejected recordings and resolve recording issues Prepare and issue title policies Upload lender final packages and clear lender post-closing conditions Coordinate mailing of checks and post-closing documents Assist with post-closing file audits and compliance Maintain accurate file tracking within Qualia Work closely with closers, processors, lenders, agents, and underwriters to resolve file issues Ensure all post-closing tasks are completed timely and accurately Qualifications Prior experience in a title company, escrow company, or real estate law firm required Experience with post-closing responsibilities strongly preferred Experience using Qualia preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to handle a high-volume workload with attention to detail Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
