Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal Real Estate Transaction Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about helping agents deliver an exceptional client experience. This role goes beyond transaction coordination. You'll be a key member of our team, assisting with transactions, agent support, administrative tasks, and ensuring every client receives outstanding service from contract to closing. Prepare, review, and organize contracts and transaction documents. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and attorneys. Track deadlines, contingencies, and important dates to ensure smooth closings. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the transaction. Assist agents with daily administrative tasks and transaction-related needs. Schedule inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and closings. Maintain accurate digital files and ensure compliance with brokerage and state requirements. Follow up on outstanding documents and communicate updates to all parties. Help keep agents organized so they can focus on serving clients and growing their business. Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in residential real estate is preferred. Transaction coordination or real estate administrative experience is highly preferred. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. Preferred Software Experience Experience with the following platforms is strongly preferred: SkySlope Enterprise MLS Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Canva (a plus) Social media familiarity (a plus) Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates effectively, and enjoys being an essential part of a successful real estate team. Pay:
$675.00 - $700.00 per week
