Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements confidently while maintaining transparency and fairness. Market available units through various channels such as online listings, social media platforms, and community outreach efforts. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, applications, and correspondence in the property management system. Collaborate with property management staff to coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant retention initiatives. Coordinate work orders and repairs in units with tenants and maintenance staff. Collect rent and send out notices as needed to tenants. Qualifications Proven experience in property management, real estate sales, or leasing roles with strong administrative skills. Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities. Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while adhering to legal standards. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure compliant leasing practices. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple applications and lease documents simultaneously.
