We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Disposition Manager to help maximize the value of our property inventory and build strong relationships with investors, landlords, builders, and end buyers. Position Overview The Disposition Manager is responsible for marketing and selling company-owned properties, assigning contracts, managing buyer relationships, and ensuring transactions close efficiently. This role plays a critical part in company profitability and requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Market and sell investment properties to cash buyers, landlords, builders, and investors. Build and maintain a robust buyers list. Develop relationships with local investors and real estate professionals. Negotiate purchase contract assignments and property sales. Coordinate property showings and investor walkthroughs. Work closely with acquisitions, project management, and closing teams. Track leads, buyers, and transactions within the company CRM. Analyze offers and help maximize profit margins on each transaction. Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time. Attend networking events and continuously expand the company's buyer network. Meet and exceed monthly sales and disposition goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate investing, wholesaling or dispositions. Strong understanding of investment property valuation and investor metrics. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. CRM experience preferred (Podio) (GHL) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Compensation Base salary plus commission. Uncapped earning potential.
