Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic real estate team as a Transaction Coordinator, where your organizational prowess and attention to detail will drive seamless property transactions from contract to closing. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the vital link ensuring every deal progresses smoothly, adhering to legal standards and client expectations. You'll play a key role in coordinating all transaction activities, managing documentation, and supporting our agents and clients every step of the way. Real Estate Experience is required. Responsibilities Manage the entire transaction process, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation and compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Oversee the preparation and review of contracts, disclosures, and addenda to guarantee accuracy and completeness. Track deadlines for contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and other critical milestones; proactively address any issues that may arise. Maintain organized transaction files both digitally and physically, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Assist with marketing efforts by providing property information and coordinating open houses or showings when needed. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate administration or as a transaction coordinator within a real estate team. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued—to serve diverse clients effectively. Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management principles. Proficiency in negotiation, sales support techniques, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to real estate transactions. Ability to interpret legal documents and coordinate complex processes efficiently.
