Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team in Oakland Park, FL. This position plays a key role in the success of our residential property by facilitating the leasing process, maximizing occupancy, and providing exceptional service to current and prospective residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or leasing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of available units Market properties through online listings, social media, and other platforms to attract potential tenants Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents Process rental applications, including background and reference checks Prepare and explain lease agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance Maintain accurate records related to property availability, resident interactions, and leasing documents Coordinate with the property management team to address maintenance issues and ensure properties remain well-maintained Support resident engagement initiatives and promote a strong sense of community #
