Role Overview:
Prospect, generate, and manage buyer and seller relationships Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and negotiations Draft and manage contracts through closing Leverage in-house mortgage and title partnerships to streamline transactions Utilize provided buyer leads effectively Participate in deal reviews and ongoing skill development Build and strengthen your personal brand in the South Florida market We are seeking agents who: Hold an active Florida Real Estate License Have strong communication and negotiation skills Are motivated, self-directed, and growth-oriented Value accountability and production Are comfortable leveraging social media and personal branding Are eager to collaborate within a fast-moving team environment Experience Levels We're Targeting 1-3 year agents who have closed transactions but want stronger support and momentum
Compensation:
Commission-based role Highly competitive commission splits
