Title Sales Rep - Commission Only

Commission-Only Salesperson Real Estate & Mortgage Industry - Miami, FL CLA Title & Escrow is expanding in South Florida and looking for a highly connected, commission-only salesperson with deep relationships in the real estate and mortgage industry . This role is ideal for someone who already has a book of business and wants a strong, responsive title partner to grow with. Who We're Looking For You're someone who: Is well connected with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, builders, or investors in the Miami market Has experience selling or working within the real estate or mortgage industry Is self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently Understands how relationships drive business in this industry Wants uncapped earning potential without a salary ceiling Responsibilities Develop and grow relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other referral partners Actively prospect and maintain a strong pipeline of referral partners Represent CLA Title & Escrow at industry events, meetings, and networking functions Work closely with our internal processing and closing teams to ensure smooth, high-level service Help expand CLA Title & Escrow's presence and brand in the Miami market Compensation 100% commission-based Uncapped earnings Paid on closed transactions Ideal for experienced industry professionals with an existing network Why CLA Title & Escrow Established, reputable title company with a strong operational team Responsive processors and closers who help you protect your relationships Entrepreneurial environment with room to grow Support without micromanagement Ideal Candidate Background Former or current real estate agent, mortgage loan officer, title rep, or industry professional Strong understanding of purchase and refinance transactions Proven ability to generate and maintain referral-based business
