OPPORTUNITY FOR LEASING CONSULTANTS
Are you outgoing, friendly, and customer-service driven? Do you enjoy helping people, touring apartments, and closing sales? If so, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment while creating a great experience for residents and prospects.
Leasing Job Duties:
Touring apartment homes and community amenities Assisting prospective residents through the leasing process Answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks Helping residents with questions and service requests Assisting with lease paperwork and applications Supporting marketing efforts and resident events Helping create a welcoming community atmosphere ✅
Leasing Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience required Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines Experience with Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software is a plus Reliable transportation and strong attendance Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Team player willing to jump in and assist where needed
