You'll be the face of our community — guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, building lasting relationships, and helping keep our properties fully occupied. What You'll Do Greet and qualify prospective tenants; conduct property tours Follow up on leads generated through online listings, referrals, and walk-ins Process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and verify references Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with Florida landlord-tenant law Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections Maintain accurate records in property management software Assist with resident retention efforts, renewals, and community events Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person What We're Looking For 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (property management a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Fort Myers and the Southwest Florida rental market preferred Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar) Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed High school diploma or GED required; real estate license a plus What We Offer Competitive base pay ($17-$20/hr) + leasing commissions and bonuses Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunitie
