Legal Assistant - Estate Planning | Fort Myers, FL Henderson Franklin is seeking a skilled legal assistant (LA) for our Estate Planning Department. The LA will provide support for two or more attorneys, managing their calendars, following up with clients and other related tasks within a team oriented environment.
Ideal candidates should have:
A minimum of three years of administrative support experience in a legal office environment; Ability to juggle multiple priorities and calendars for two attorneys; Experience using document management and client management software applications; Strong computer proficiency and intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel); Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation; Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail; Poised and professional with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and co-workers within a team environment; Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines; and, A willingness to learn and be flexible with assignments.
