Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Leasing Agent specializing in Student Housing! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with prospective residents, facilitate leasing processes, and contribute to creating vibrant, welcoming communities for students. You will be the friendly face and trusted advisor for students seeking their ideal living space, ensuring a seamless leasing experience while adhering to fair housing regulations and property management standards. Duties Greet prospective tenants warmly and conduct engaging property tours to showcase available units and amenities Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm Process lease applications accurately using Entrada property management software, ensuring all data entry is precise and up-to-date Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements, contracts, and related legal documents in compliance with landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Assist with tenant screening procedures, including background checks and Section 8 eligibility verification Support lease renewals, upselling additional services or amenities to enhance resident satisfaction and retention Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property upkeep issues and facilitate smooth move-in/move-out processes Requirements Prior experience in property leasing, real estate administrative tasks, or property management preferred Knowledge of Student Housing, and Fair Housing regulations preferred Proficiency with Entrada Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, contracts, and legal administrative procedures Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Office experience including data entry, filing, and general administrative support required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining ethical standards Familiarity with facilities management practices related to property maintenance and tenant concerns Embark on a rewarding journey helping students find their perfect home while developing your career in property management.
