Position Summary Shutts & Bowen's Jacksonville office is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join their busy Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions. Candidates should have significant experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex real estate contracts, easements, development agreements and title matters, as well as closing coordination. Commercial leasing experience is also preferred. The candidate must be conscientious, detail-oriented and have strong organizational, analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. The candidate must also have the ability to handle a high volume of work, prioritize appropriately, and work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic commercial real estate and transactional practice where the attorney will have responsibility and significant client interaction. No portable business required. Candidate must be a member of the Florida bar.
