Job Description

Join our property management group and play a key role in creating welcoming, well-managed communities across the Jacksonville, FL area. In this on-site role, you will support the Property Manager and team in delivering a positive leasing experience while helping maintain strong occupancy and resident satisfaction. This position contributes directly to the success of the community by building relationships with prospective residents and ensuring a smooth leasing process from first tour to move-in.
Responsibilities:
You will greet and engage prospective residents, conduct community tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. Daily tasks include following up on leads, assisting with application processing, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support resident relations by providing timely communication and collaborating with the onsite team to ensure a high level of service.
Experience Level:
Mid-level to senior candidates preferred with prior leasing or property management exposure
Bonus Skills and Experience:
Background in apartment leasing or property management Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working weekends as needed Bilingual abilities are a plus We value reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
