Your Role:

Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate process within the Lake Ashton community. Provide expert knowledge on the benefits and lifestyle of 55+ communities. Conduct property showings, open houses, and community tours. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory. Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing. Build and maintain relationships with residents and prospective buyers.

Qualifications:

A Florida Real Estate License (required). Experience in residential real estate (experience with active adult communities is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills Tech-savvy with knowledge of MLS, email, and text communication. Passion for helping clients find their perfect home. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
