What You'll Do:

Respond to Zillow Flex leads within minutes (speed to lead is everything on Flex) Run buyer consultations and property tours across the Lakeland market Write, negotiate, and manage offers with our contract support team Hit Flex performance metrics on connection rate, appointments, and conversion Work your pipeline in Follow Up Boss with weekly accountability check ins You're a

Fit If:

You hold an active Florida real estate license You have a minimum of 1 year of full time real estate sales experience with closed transactions You're full time and available during business hours, including evenings and weekends (Flex demands fast response) You know how to convert leads and transfer them to lifelong referrals You live in or near the Lakeland market Unlock More Leads at 10

Plus Transactions:

Agents who have closed 10 or more transactions in the past 24 months qualify for our mortgage partner lead program in addition to Zillow Flex. If that's you, say so in your application.
