Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing consultant to support the daily operations of our multifamily property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a passion for maintaining high-quality living environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Help manage resident relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate leasing activities, including showings, application processing, and move-ins. Maintain accurate records of leases, transfers and resident communications. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Help organize community events to foster resident engagement. Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitive properties. Prepare unit availability daily for showings Occasional weekends with rotation required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma required; a degree in property management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
