The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
Qualifications:
Real estate industry experience required Title and escrow knowledge required Strong closing skills preferred Self-starter with excellent follow-through and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Responsibilities include coordinating and managing residential real estate closings, communicating with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys, reviewing closing documents, and ensuring smooth and timely transactions from contract to closing.
