100% Commission-Based - Earn $20,000 to $50,000 per month

About the Role American Impact and Energy is seeking experienced, confident sales professionals who can speak with homeowners, run in-person appointments, and close high-value deals in the Orlando and surrounding areas. This is a commission-only position with no cap. If you're currently earning $10,000-$15,000 per month in sales, this role is designed to push you to the next income level . Our top performers earn $20,000-$50,000 per month , based purely on performance. What You'll Do Conduct daily in-person sales appointments with qualified leads. Present impact windows, doors, and energy-efficient solutions. Close deals and consistently hit high sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and results. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience (home improvement or construction sales preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to travel daily for client appointments. Coachable mindset and openness to training and growth. What We Offer Uncapped commissions with high earning potential. Professional sales training and ongoing support.
Flexible schedule:
5-6 days per week , approximately 2-4 hours per lead .
Pay:
$20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
