Duties Respond promptly to short-term leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing detailed information about available units and community features Conduct engaging property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key amenities, lease terms, and community benefits Manage leasing documentation using Yardi or OneSite property management software, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping Negotiate lease terms and contracts with potential residents while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready and meet quality standards Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and customer relationship management to enhance resident satisfaction Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective phone etiquette Experience in property leasing, sales techniques, upselling amenities or services to prospective tenants Strong negotiation skills to close lease agreements effectively while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
