5+ years Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a sophisticated and active real estate practice handling complex commercial transactions with significant client interaction and responsibility.

What You'll Work On:

Handling commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions Advising on commercial real estate lending and financing matters Reviewing and analyzing title and survey materials Drafting and negotiating transactional documents and agreements Supporting complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing Working directly with clients to understand and achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience Strong background in commercial real estate purchases, lending, and title/survey review Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions independently Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Experience within a law firm with a substantial commercial real estate practice preferred Top academic credentials preferred JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active Florida Bar admission required
