Job Description

Who you work with matters. We are looking for a Real Estate Productivity Coach who enjoys helping agents create consistency, improve performance, and build stronger business habits. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about coaching, accountability, and helping real estate professionals develop the skills and routines that lead to long-term success. In this opportunity, you will work closely with new and developing agents, helping them establish goals, maintain productive daily activities, and stay focused on proven business-building strategies. You will guide agents through coaching conversations, business planning, lead generation activities, database growth, and accountability systems that support steady progress. You will collaborate with office leadership and experienced real estate professionals to help create a positive, growth-focused environment. The focus is on agent development, productivity improvement, and helping individuals build confidence through consistent action and measurable progress. Compensation:
$160,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents Help agents develop and track business plans and production goals Monitor lead generation, follow-up activity, and database growth Provide accountability and support around daily and weekly performance metrics Assist agents with time management, organization, and productivity strategies Support onboarding and development of newer agents Facilitate coaching workshops, training sessions, and group meetings Collaborate with leadership to improve agent engagement and retention Track coaching progress and maintain accurate records of agent development Encourage consistent activity and implementation of proven systems
Qualifications:
An active real estate license is required Previous real estate sales required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to motivate, mentor, and hold others accountable Comfortable leading one-on-one and group coaching conversations Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Positive attitude and growth mindset Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate business development activities Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Passion for helping others achieve professional growth and success About Company We are part of the Keller Williams Capital Realty office in the Miami area, focused on helping motivated real estate agents grow within the luxury market.
