The Briten Team is looking for motivated real estate agents in Southwest Florida who want more than a place to hang their license. This is an opportunity for agents who want leads, structure, coaching, systems, support, and a clear path to earn higher splits as their production grows. Most real estate teams keep agents on the same split no matter how much they improve. We are building something different. Our Performance-Based Compensation Model gives agents a transparent path to move from a starting team split into higher tiers based on closed production over a 6-month period. The model includes up to 80% earnings split opportunities for agents who continue producing and growing inside the team. This is not a desk job. This is an on-the-road real estate opportunity serving Southwest Florida, with a primary focus on Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas. Agents must be available for local showings, listing appointments, buyer consultations, open houses, inspections, and client meetings. Responsibilities Follow up with leads and database contacts Schedule buyer and seller consultations Show homes and attend listing appointments Support clients through the buying and selling process Maintain communication through the CRM Attend team meetings, coaching, and training Build your own pipeline through sphere, referrals, and prospecting Represent clients and the team professionally from first contact to closing Requirements Active Florida real estate license, or currently pursuing one Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to work evenings and weekends when clients need you Willingness to prospect, follow up, and stay accountable Professional attitude and strong attention to detail Desire to grow inside a team environment Compensation This is a commission-based real estate opportunity. Agents start within the team compensation structure and may qualify for higher split tiers based on closed production over time, including opportunities up to 80/20 for top performers.
