Job Description
Real Estate Company seeking a well presented, articulate (40+ preferred) to provide in person feedback on homes prior to listing. This will be a showing in which you are to give us your opinion on the home as an unbiased third party consumer, including but not limited to opinions on price, condition and location of the home. This is not a sales role, no real estate or real estate related experience is desired. The goal is a candid, first impression insight from a discerning non-industry perspective. Responsibilities include attending in person residential walkthroughs, which are approximately 2-3 hours per day, 2 days a week. You will share thoughtful feedback on the home, discuss the general perception of the home. Ideal background is a professional, well dressed articulate individual comfortable giving honest opinions on the home. Local to Collier County is required. This is a part time position, per walkthrough compensation with flexible scheduling only requiring 1-2 times per week.
