We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our well-established Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group in beautiful Naples, Florida . This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies. 🏛

What You'll Do:

Draft a wide variety of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments) Provide strategic legal counsel on wealth preservation and trust structures Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer tax strategies Design and implement business succession and asset protection plans Guide fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns Conduct legal research and support estate-related litigation matters ✅

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of Trusts, Estates , Probate & Wealth Preservation experience (higher levels of experience also welcomed) Demonstrated skill in drafting estate planning and trust instruments Strong understanding of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies Client-focused with excellent communication and judgment Florida Bar admission Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
