Job Description

Office Assistant - Real Estate Practice We are a busy and growing real estate practice seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling real estate transactions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with real estate transactions from contract to closing Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and agents Manage files, documents, and transaction deadlines Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide administrative support Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately Help keep daily office operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Prior real estate office or transaction coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology Must know and be comfortable using AI tools Real estate license is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
