What You'll Do Manage files from contract to close with confidence and accuracy Prepare CDs, settlement statements, and closing documents Clear title issues and coordinate with all parties Conduct closings and deliver a smooth, professional client experience Communicate consistently with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals What We're Looking For 2+ years of Florida title closing experience (required) Ability to manage files independently from start to finish Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset Title Agent license (or ability to obtain) What Makes Suncoast One Different Strong, respected brand across Southwest Florida Consistent deal flow and established agent relationships Supportive team environment—you won't be on an island Leadership that values communication, culture, and client experience Opportunity to grow with a company that is actively expanding Compensation & Benefits $55,000
