What Your Week Looks Like:

Begin each day with a warm pipeline of leads in Follow Up Boss — no cold calling required. Participate in daily digital morning team huddles for roleplay, strategy, and problem-solving. Show homes, conduct listing appointments, and negotiate deals with comprehensive back-office coordination support (our team handles offer writing, submission for review, and file management from pending to closed). Attend weekly coaching sessions led by top producers, focusing on listings, buyer strategy, and systems mastery. Close deals. Collect commissions. Repeat.

The Compensation Structure Explained:

Team split — covers all transaction coordination, listing coordination, photography, signage, printing, and property marketing. No monthly fees. No desk fees. No annual fees. The split is all we take.
