Responsibilities Host two open houses each month Obtain buyer certification Conduct home showings for clients Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Monitor and document your activities and client interactions Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Participate in team events and activities according to team standards Build strong relationships with clients and understand their home-buying needs Commit to 4X weekly morning power-ups Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and identify suitable homes Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of your clients Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information Qualifications Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive nature Exceptional ability to build rapport, listen to client needs, and identify solutions Proficient in prospecting and lead generation Skilled in overcoming objections Strong communicator with a commitment to service Collaborative team player Licensed real estate professional Experience in real estate sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Growth-oriented and eager to learn Highly organized Willingness to master scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About-our-team At Alfarone Home Team, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
