Job Description

What This Role Looks Like This is a full-time opportunity for a real estate agent who wants to build their own business—but not do it alone. You'll be working with both buyers and sellers, generating your own opportunities, and plugging into the support, systems, and coaching our team provides. There may be opportunities that come from the team, but they are not guaranteed. This is really for someone who wants structure, accountability, and growth—not someone looking to be handed business. What You'll Be Doing At the core of this role is lead generation. That's the job. Prospect daily through calls, follow-up, and conversations Build and stay in touch with your sphere of influence Host open houses and convert opportunities Work online leads and participate in team events You'll also be responsible for managing your database and keeping things organized. Maintain and grow your database in Brivity CRM Log all communication and activity Keep contacts organized so nothing falls through the cracks On the client side, you'll be guiding people through the process from start to finish while leveraging the team support. Run buyer consultations and listing appointments Tour homes and show properties Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the process Deliver a high-level, referral-driven experience Once a deal is under contract, you'll work alongside our transaction coordinator and admin team—but you're still a contact for your client. Stay on top of timelines and communication Coordinate with all parties from contract to close You'll also stay plugged into the team and your own growth. Track performance through a weekly scorecard Attend weekly coaching and mandatory script practice Stay coachable and take ownership of results Use team systems (Brivity CRM, OpenPhone/Quo, Google Drive) Collaborate with admin on showings, marketing, event planning, and MLS input How Business Works Here You are expected to generate the majority of your business. Team opportunities may come up, but they are not guaranteed. This role rewards consistency, initiative, and actually implementing what you're being coached on. Compensation & Support The split is 60/40, with 60% going to the agent on the procuring side. Your brokerage cap is also reduced through the team structure. There are no monthly team fees.

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
