About the Role - Acquisition Agent In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners looking to sell, guiding them through the process and acquiring properties that fit our buying criteria. This is a seller-facing role —your focus will be on building trust with motivated sellers, evaluating their properties, and negotiating win-win deals that work for both the homeowner and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with and build rapport with homeowners interested in selling Manage inbound and outbound seller leads from initial contact to contract Evaluate properties and determine viability based on our acquisition criteria Negotiate pricing and terms directly with sellers to reach favorable, win-win outcomes Guide sellers through the acquisition process with clarity and professionalism Stay informed on market trends, property values, and investment strategies Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage follow-ups strategically Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth closings and handoffs
Requirements:
Must score 85+ on our Job Fit Assessment to move forward Minimum 2 years of experience in acquisitions, sales, or real estate investment Proven background in relationship-based sales and deal-making Real estate experience is a must Exceptional phone, communication, and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and sales platforms Self-starter mindset with strong initiative and follow-through Able to assess opportunities quickly and create win-win solutions Full-time, in-office availability and commitment required
