Job Description

Job description Were seeking polished, customer-focused Leasing Consultants to join our team to support leasing, tours, and resident relations at apartment communities in the Palatka area! Key Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight amenities and floor plans Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Qualify prospects, explain lease terms, fees, and application requirements; assist with application process and approvals Prepare and execute lease paperwork, renewals, and move-in documentation accurately and timely Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability, pricing, incentives, and community promotions Follow up with prospects to convert leads and meet occupancy goals; track leads in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) Coordinate with maintenance and management to ensure units are ready for move-in and resolve resident concerns Handle resident relations issues courteously; escalate maintenance or policy issues as needed Meet or exceed weekly/monthly leasing and occupancy targets and report activity to management Participate in community events, tours, and marketing initiatives (online listings, social media, open houses)
Qualifications:
1+ year leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and customer-service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable and punctual Comfortable with basic math and explaining lease terms and fees Proficiency with computers and property management/CRM software; Microsoft Office skills required Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for off-site showings as needed High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or real estate licensing a plus
