In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play a crucial role in managing the leasing process for our properties. Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge will help create a positive experience for potential residents while ensuring that our properties are effectively marketed and maintained. Duties Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing information about available units and amenities. Conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits to potential residents. Manage the application process, including screening applicants and verifying information. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, and property maintenance requests. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Address tenant concerns and conflicts with effective conflict management strategies. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Familiarity with property maintenance processes is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Proficient in administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Atleast 2 years experience as a leasing consultant. Experience in affrodable housing.
