Overview We are seeking a dynamic Buyer and Prospecting Real Estate Agent to join Jeff Lichtenstein, on our Owners Direct Team. This energetic role is designed for motivated individuals who excel in negotiation, marketing, and customer service, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying prospective buyers, cultivating relationships with property owners, and facilitating seamless transactions that benefit all parties involved. Duties Engage with potential buyers through proactive prospecting strategies, including outreach and networking efforts. Disciple with heavy CRM expertise and warm calling is a must. Ability to stay focused and grind throughout the day. Conduct property showings and communicate the unique features of listings to prospective clients. Negotiate offers and terms effectively, ensuring alignment with client goals and fair housing regulations. Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using real estate administrative tools. Stay informed on local market trends, property laws, and legal regulations affecting real estate transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or related administrative roles. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. Knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and compliance standards is essential. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
