  • Full-time, Contract Overview We are seeking motivated and pro-active Buyer's Agents to join The Swartzlander Group.
The ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of the northeast Florida real estate market and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires a passion for customer service, sales acumen, and the ability to manage multiple clients. Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their home-buying needs and identify properties best fit for their interests Provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Nurture database of warm leads with emails, calls, and texts. Conduct market research to identify trends and pricing strategies that align with client needs. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws throughout all transactions. Maintain an organized database of client information and transaction records. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay informed about local market conditions, future sellers, off-market properties, and industry developments.
