Commission Income Opportunities Responsibilities:
Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License Show a track record of real estate success High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car About Company RE/MAX Presidential - South Florida Home Finder Team is a fully set-up team with all up-to-date resources.
