Full-Time | Full Benefits Included Fisher Tousey is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Estate Planning Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to a high-volume shareholder in our Ponte Vedra Beach office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is comfortable working with sensitive financial and personal matters, including high-net-worth individuals and families. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and collaboratively. Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including scheduling client meetings, signings, and deadlines through Outlook. Serve as a primary point of contact for estate planning clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion. Prepare, proofread, and organize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related correspondence. Coordinate document execution, including notarization and witnessing, and assist with post-signing processes. Maintain and organize client files (electronic and physical) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals. Support the attorney and paralegals with administrative and operational tasks. Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience required; legal assistant experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally. Proven ability to manage executive-level calendars and shifting priorities. Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and timelines. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe. College degree preferred, but not required. Ability to work in-office from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.What We Offer:
